A price noted on our website is representational. Third party services

1.19) To deliver our website, we use third party services. These include, but are not limited to, Hotels.com for our ‘Where To Stay’ hotel booking branded website, Google, for services such as maps, website analytics and embedded videos, TripAdvisor and Twitter. We are not liable for the content stored and presented via these services. In cases of Twitter and Tripadvisor, we are not responsible for the curation of specific content, reviews or material. If you are concerned about content stored on a third party service, social network or website that has been presented or embedded on our website, contact us for advice on how you can engage the third party to amend or remove the content at the source. Our offer of support via a contact route does not constitute responsibility or liability.

1.20) We are not responsible for the availability or uptime of third party services. We reserve the right to replace or withdraw a third party service at any time. Third party services are governed and managed by their own privacy policies, terms of use and community guidelines.

1.21) For hotel bookings, our hotel booking partner, Hotels.com, provides a branded service on our website. The Hotels.com service is provided by us as-is and all transactions, bookings, costs, agreements and contracts, including cancellation terms, are the responsibility of any terms or agreements you make with Hotels.com at the time of booking. We are unavailable to offer support for bookings made by Hotels.com. We receive a commission for each booking made via our Hotels.com service. This commission contributes to the maintenance and running of our websites.

1.22) Our pages use a machine-generated language translation feature, Google Translate. Use of Google Translate is not automatically applied to pages, and must be invoked by the user or visitor using an in-page ‘Translate’ button. Machine-generated translations are sometimes inaccurate, may be accidentally offensive or inappropriate, feature incorrect information or poor context or grammar, despite the original materials on our site displaying none of these issues. We accept no liability for the accuracy, tone, quality or appropriateness of machine-generated translations using the Google Translate service, and the service is embedded and provided as-is.
